Dragon fruit, also known as pitaya is called Dragon because of its appearance. It has pointed scales which looks like a dragon and spike looks like a fire. It is available in three varieties with Pink colour and different colours of inner flesh ranging from white, red and purple flesh. The fruit is oval in shape.
