The second protest against US President Donald Trump in Kuala Lumpur ended without incident today.
The protest, held opposite Ampang Park, began at 5pm and ended around 6.45pm.
FMT reported a heavy police presence and estimated the turnout to be around 200 - slightly higher than the police’s 120 protester count.
In a statement, Kuala Lumpur police chief Fadil Marsus thanked the organisers - Sektretariat Bantah Trump - for maintaining order at the demonstration.
This morning, a protest by several civil society groups that was also supposed to be held at Ampang Park had to be relocated to Dataran Merdeka following restrictions imposed by the authorities.
