Police said a car crashed into the boys, aged 10 and 11, while they were riding home from the stall 500m away.

PETALING JAYA: Two boys riding home on a bicycle after a roti canai breakfast were killed when a car crashed into them near Yan, Kedah, this morning.
District police chief Hamizi Abdullah said the boys, aged 10 and 11, died at the scene at 9.25am. The car driver has been detained for his statement to be recorded, Bernama reported.
Hamizi said investigations would be carried out for dangerous driving.
The boys’ father, Adnan Saad, 49, told Sinar Harian that his youngest child, Izhar, 10, and his close friend, Zaid Haris Abdullah, 11, had just finished having breakfast at a stall owned by his Zaid’s father, about 500m from his home. - FMT
