Najib refuses to be in the dock during case mention

Former Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak was seen refusing to enter the dock during a mention over his graft and money laundering case at the Sessions Court this afternoon.
Najib, who appeared before judge Azura Alwi, sat on a chair next to the dock instead.
Every accused must sit inside the dock and when his or her case is mentioned has to stand and face the Judge.
Justice must be seen to be fair to everyone and there should be no exception.
A accused person who fails to obey police instructions should have his or her bail revoked and sent to prison until his or her final disposal of the case.
Ordinary Malaysians were never given such special treatment by the authorities concerned at any time. - Mohd Kamal Abdullah
