Covid-19: Kota Belud now a green zone, red zones remain at 10

CORONAVIRUS | Kota Belud, Sabah no longer has any Covid-19 cases, according to data released by the Health Ministry.
This helped bring down the number of Covid-19 yellow zones from 80 to 79.
Meanwhile, the number of red zones remains at 10 while the number of green zones is at 112.
A yellow zone is an area that has one to 40 active Covid-19 cases, meaning patients who have yet to recover.
If an area has 41 or more active cases, it will be categorised as a red zone.
Localities that are free of active Covid-19 cases will be listed as a green zone.
The ten localities that were listed as red zones are Ibu Kota (156 active cases), Batu (90) Kampung Baru (68) and Sri Petaling (42) in Kuala Lumpur; Gombak (89), Petaling (51) and Hulu Langat (45) in Selangor; Kuching (110) and Kota Samarahan (46) in Sarawak and Kluang (62) in Johor.
Perak, Penang, Perlis, Kedah and Kelantan are the five states free of active Covid-19 cases.
The data is up to noon yesterday and is updated every 24 hours.
As of noon yesterday, Malaysia recorded 6,383 Covid-19 cases, 1,710 of which are still active.
A total of 4,567 people have recovered while 106 have succumbed to the virus.
