I guess this has gone viral over WhatsApp. Looks authentic enough. Anyway it is NOT a government document. This is (purportedly) from the Pusat Khidmat of Dato Sri Shafee Apdal in Sempoerna in Sabah.
If this is true then that earlier post I made was spot on - Dr Mahathir would indeed be making the move for the vote of no confidence. This letter is dated 1st May 2020.
