KUALA LUMPUR (Bernama): Yang di-Pertuan Agong Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri'ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah has performed his Aidilfitri prayers with a congregation of 30 people at the main surau of Istana Negara here.
Istana Negara’s Comptroller of the Royal Household Datuk Ahmad Fadil Shamsuddin said this was the first time His Majesty had performed the Aidilfitri prayers at the Palace’s main surau, this following the implementation of the conditional movement control order (MCO) to contain the Covid-19 pandemic.
"By convention, His Majesty usually performs the Aidilfitri prayers at the National Mosque, Kuala Lumpur, ” he said in a statement Sunday (May 24).
Ahmad Fadil said the prayers were led by Istana Negara religious officer Datuk Abdul Aziz Che Yacob and the congregation comprised Palace officers and staff.
The prayers were performed according to conditional MCO guidelines issued by the government and the Health Ministry.
According to Fadil, the King joined the congregation for a meal after the prayers.
He added that Sultan Abdullah, the Raja Permaisuri Agong Tuanku Hajah Azizah Aminah Maimunah Iskandariah and family are celebrating this year’s Aidilfitri at the Istana Negara and not in Kuantan, Pahang following the enforcement of the conditional MCO which is set to end on June 9. – Bernama

Sedikit cerita singkat dari saya mbak ROMLAH saya sendiri berpropesi sebagai tkw. Bekerja jadi tkw di luar negeri sebetulnya bukan pekerjaan yg mudah, apalagi dapeet majikan galak seperti majikan sy slah sdikit kena marah lgi dN tiap bulan cuma dapet gaji separoh saja tapi terpaksa hrus sy jalani demi anak dN org Tua sy. Sy jadi tkw kerja jadi babu udah 10 thn disini, krnh ingin mengubah nasib yg lebih baek. Namun alhamdulillah skrg akan berakhir. sy skrg tinggal 2 bulan lg finish kontrak disini akan balik di indo buka usaha, berkat postingan slh satu teman mantan tkw taiwan yg sukses dibantu dgn pak haji abdul salam melalui bantuan pesugihan putih uang barokah dstlah sy tertarik akhirnya sy menghubungi beliau. Singkat cerita alhamdulillah melalui perantara bantuan pak haji abdul salam sy udah beli rumah dan insya alloh lepas kontrak habis sy balik buka usaha di indo kapok kerja di luar negeri.
