PETALING JAYA: Rembau in Negeri Sembilan is now the only red zone in the country, with a health ministry infographic showing 44 active cases in the district.
A red zone is a district in which more than 40 Covid-19 cases have been recorded.
Negeri Sembilan has the highest number of active cases at 49, followed by Selangor (30) and Kuala Lumpur (29).
Penang, Kedah, Perlis, Kedah and Kelantan meanwhile are categorised as green states with no active cases on record.
To date, a total of 8,572 Covid-19 cases have been recorded in the country. Some 8,156 people have recovered while 295 are still being treated.
The death toll has remained unchanged at 121. - FMT
