PETALING JAYA: Married couples may call the vaccine registration hotline to have the same appointment slots if they registered separately, says Khairy Jamaluddin.
The National Covid-19 Immunisation Programme coordinating minister said individuals and their dependants are able to arrange for the same appointment slots if they are both eligible for the vaccine in phase two.
“There are requests for the same appointment slots for husband and wife. If one person is listed as a dependant on the MySejahtera app of another, they will be given the same appointment.
“But for those who register separately, for instance, through their respective MySejahtera apps, there is a possibility they will have different appointment slots.
“If so, they can call our hotline to request vaccine appointment dates on the same day and time, ” he said at the weekly joint Covid-19 Immunisation Task Force press conference on Monday (April 19).
He said this applies to spouses, or for individuals and their dependants, who are eligible to receive the vaccines in phase two of the vaccination programme.
“If anyone has registered separately from their dependants, and they have received different vaccine appointments, they can call the hotline, ” he said.
The vaccine registration hotline number is 1800-888-828. - Star
