Was There Another Character Involved ?

Here are two videos (an English and Malay version) in which the young man tracks the involvement of just one person (a supporting actor) in the "biggest scandals" in the country over quite a few years.

At the end of the video the young man asks (pertinently) how could one person be involved in so many of these scandals over such a long period of time?

Was there another person who also played a key "supporting role" in many of these scandals. And perhaps he has been involved for a much longer time.

The answers to the following questions could throw more light on this person:

i. who introduced Goldman Sachs to the 1MDB mob?

ii. who suggested to set up SRC International?

ii. who drafted/presented the Cabinet papers for the RM4.0 Billion KWAP loans, including the all important Government guarantee?

The same names and faces keep popping up.
