COVID-19 | The Health Ministry reported 1,315 new daily Covid-19 cases yesterday.
Active cases currently stood at 19,177, down 29.5 percent compared to 14 days ago.
New cases according to states are as follows:

Negeri Sembilan (85)
Sabah (77)

Putrajaya (31)

Another 5 deaths attributed to Covid-19 were reported yesterday, of which 1 were declared as "brought in dead".
Over the past week, an average of 6.1 people were reported to have died of Covid-19, while the average for the past 30 days was 7.3, indicating that Covid-19 deaths are on the downtrend.
Since the start of the pandemic in March 2020, a total of 36,753 deaths have been attributed to Covid-19.
There have been 60 reported Covid-19 deaths this month. For comparison, there were 209 deaths last month and 101 deaths in October.
There are 1,244 Covid-19 patients who are hospitalised of which 73 are in intensive care.
Hospital bed use by Covid-19 patients has been trending down for 16 days continuously.
The highest number of admissions yesterday was recorded in Selangor (67) followed by Sabah (60) and Kedah (39). - Mkini
