GEORGE TOWN: Seat allocation negotiations among Perikatan Nasional (PN) component parties for the upcoming state elections are almost done.
PN chairman Muhyiddin Yassin said the parties will finalise talks on Wednesday.
“If you’re asking if all the component parties are satisfied with the outcome, of course all of them will say ‘no’.
“PAS happy? No. Bersatu even more (not satisfied). Gerakan as well,” he said when speaking at the Penang PN Convention and launch of state PN election machinery here today.
Present were Gerakan president Dominic Lau, who is also Penang PN chairman, and other state PN leaders.
Meanwhile, Muhyiddin claimed that the enthusiasm shown by voters, especially the Malays, to support PN in the state polls was currently at an extraordinary level. - FMT
