Ministry of Health should monitor the 24-hour clinic services for the inefficient and polluting the quality of health care services in Sabah because of the service counters are too slow and always not manned by "humans. Recently, I had high blood pressure and a serious tonsil problems and try to get treatment from a clinic 24 hours Medisinar located in Api-Api Centre, Kota Kinabalu. Unfortunately, some 'head' nurse pretended to be busy and did not bother or direct me to sit at the registration counter while in a state of pain. I appeal for registration, but they asked me to wait for a while. Having been tired of waiting for over half an hour without the services of the clinic nurse, I decided to leave the clinic and had to rush in the rain to get a taxi to another clinic in Jalan Pantai Permai where they were customer-friendly while reasonable price even after provide first class service. Hence, I urge the Clinic - 24 Hour Medisinar to treat 'Animals' since they don't talk our language to complaint and will never endanger my life going there but would prefer to seek treatment elsewhere, while at that time my blood pressure is too high at 290/190 on arrival at the clinic Permai and could have suffered a stroke at any time . Best regards for publishing my letter of complaint. MICHAEL LUMPASU Unlucky Patient |
