RMP – THE BRASS DISGRACED THE ORGANIZATION

1. Malaysiakini reported that the The Kuala Lumpur police chief today warned all officers and men in the force to be wary of cyber threats from “irresponsible parties” out to tarnish the force’s good name. The KL CPO, Zulkifli Abdullah played a crucial role during the Perak Political crisis When he was the Perak CPO that I had commented that he will be rewarded soon. The post of IGP is within sight and is on the horizon for him.

2. When some lower ranking cops takes a RM10 bribe to sustain his living, many were quick to defamed the entire police force. The truth is what the lower ranking cop did can be considered as nothing compared to when senior officers of the force carries themselves in an unprofessional manner. Some served the political masters and willing to kiss asses just to climb the career ladder.

3. Sometimes I pity the rank and file as they have to follow orders and can only say “baik tuan” when the officers gave unprofessional and biased orders. Clearly when pro BN politician organize an event, they get police escort, bullet proof vest and money more. They can throw insult even to the Royal Families get away with. The public was quick to blame the rank and file whereas the real culprits are the officers.

4. All I can say that if my great grand-uncle, Sher Mohamad who was the first non white KL CPO, can raise from the grave and see what is happening to the RMP today he would kick a few butts. For the record he is immortalized in the Police Museum in KL. A prominent section was reserved to depict his contribution to the nation.

5. So Dato Zul, don’t be too quick to blame the Internet and the people who writes in there. Take a good look of yourself in the mirror and look at your officers in Bukit Aman. Blame yourself as you have a spine made of jelly and are incapable to make a professional decision. The fact remains that the IGP is not really in charge as the officers tends to accept orders from politicians.
