PKR's Ampang MP Zuraida Kamaruddin has taken up the challenged thrown to her by the Home Ministry and vowed to present her evidence on alleged naturalisation of undocumented foreign workers in order to become "phantom voters".
"I don't want to reveal anything now because I don't want any interruption, such as police raids. I will make a police report with all the evidence, hopefully, by this week," she said.
Zuraida, who is also PKR Wanita chief, was responding to Home Ministry secretary-general Mahmood Adam, who had called on her to make a police report with her allegations to demonstrate her seriousness.
She had alleged that undocumented migrants who were naturalised were made to take an oath of allegiance to BN and Umno in order to be legalised and allowed to stay on in Malaysia.
