PETALING JAYA: Officials from the Selangor Islamic Religious Department (JAIS) and Harapan Komuniti representatives arrived at Selangor Menteri Besar, Khalid Ibrahim’s office this afternoon for a closed door meeting on the controversial raid on the Damansara Utama Methodist Church (DUMC) on Aug 3.
Both parties arrived at 2pm but will meet Khalid separately to present their individual sides of the issue.
Harapan Komuniti was represented by four members who were accompanied by their lawyers, Kenny Ng Bee Ken and Annou Xavier.

Known only as Sophia, she distanced herself from the rest and avoided the media. She was clad in a modern kebaya top, long denim skirt and a white head scarf.
On the clip Sophia was seen being questioned by the JAIS officials on her presence at the dinner. She was also accused of being an apostate and introducing other Muslims to the Christian faith.
At about 3pm, the JAIS team exited Khalid’s office but remained mum on details of the discussion (photo, right).
They were led by director Marzuki Hussein, who was accompanied by three officials.
The media bombarded them with questions as they waited for the elevator but they merely smiled and refused to answer.
