Fallen tycoon Tajudin Ramli, the disgraced executive chairman ofMalaysia Airlines, has agreed to negotiate in a RM200mil defamation suit he filed against the publisher of online news portal The Malaysian Insiderand two others.
His lawyer Lim Kian Leong told reporters the news after meeting the judge in chambers on Monday.
High Court judge Justice Harmindar Singh Dhaliwal has set Sept 28 for the outcome.
