It has been reported that the VVIP's family has prposed to the victim's family to transfer their school going daughter to be transferred to a school in another State and an additional sum will be offered( an additional RM150,000 to RM200,000).

This case occurred sometime in May before the school holidays. DAP VVIP's son rumored Marcus @ LWT had rubbed the breasts of his female school friend who is also aged 16 years old.
The victim reported the incident to the discipline teacher and Marcus was called for consultation. Marcus being proud and arrogant had told the teacher "what can you do to me, I am the son of CM!" This story became a scene and the victim threatened to lodge a police report.
Intervention occurred when the parents of Marcus go involved and to avoid a scene Marcus was expelled from SMJK Heng Ee and transferred to St. Xavier High School.
The parents and Marcus met with the victim and her family to settle the matter before this issue becomes common knowledge of the public and an embarrassment to the VVIP.
The amount initially claimed is rumored to hit RM500 thousand, but after consultation with the victim's family, the amount was reduced to RM200 thousand.
RM200 thousand in cash was sponsored by a developer. It was rumored, why this developer should get involved and what is the interest of the developer to spend that much money to help this VVIP?
