The jackasses who offend the Constitution

Jamil Khir Baharom, the army general turned minister for Islam and not a minister of law, can’t tell the difference between a law and a Constitution. The Constitution sets out guarantees for the people, and gives Parliament powers to make laws to prevent people from hurting each other.

What is an offence against the Constitution?
Bad laws and bad policies that do the opposite of what the Constitution guarantees.

Who offends the Constitution every single day?
Politicians, government officers, police and the military.

• Politicians who make bad laws and who order actions that are against the guarantees set out in the Constitution.
• Officials who say and do things that are against the guarantees in the Constitution.
• Policemen and politicians who say you cannot wear a yellow T-shirt, or a Che Guevara T-shirt, or a Mao Tse-tung T-shirt.
• Politicians, policemen and officials who say Bersih is unclean but Umno-paid Mat Rempit will get police escorts
• Policemen, politicians and officials who allow raids on Central Market to confiscate T-shirts and cartoons, who raid Zunar’s office to confiscate books of cartoons.
• Policemen and officials who confiscate Bibles, Keadilan, PAS or DAP newspapers, but allow Umno and MCA newspapers and anti-Christian publications.
• Policemen who barge into citizens’ homes in the middle of the night because some oafs in high places were found out

• Army generals who say that the military must help the police.
• Military officers who do not see that corruption robs our defence capabilities
• Military officers who see public chaos instead of a free people
• Army generals who forget their job is defence and not internal security.

And army generals who forget that their job is to fight other people, not our own people,kill other people, not our own people.

That is against the Constitution.

And then there the army general turned politician Jamil Khir Baharom who tried to invent new laws off his own bat. The place to make laws is in Parliament. Not in Utusan Malaysia. But Jamil Khir Baharom doesn’t want to know the difference.

Raja Petra says Jamil Khir Baharom is “not that intelligent and downright ignorant, as most Malaysian ministers are”. Translation: like most ministers, Jamil Khir Baharom is a cross betweeen an idiot and a jackass.

They know how to cover their arse and to bray. But they seem to know bugger-all about what they’re saying or doing.

How is it the army continues to turn out jackasses like these?

Jamil Khir Baharom, former army general who became minister for Islam and not minister of law has clearly lied about homosexuality and the Constitution. An outright lie which Utusan Malaysia did not challenge and instead helped to peddle.

To say that Jamil Khir Baharom is stupid or ignorant is to just cover his arse. He cited the Penal Code and tried to pass it off as the Constitution. He stretched the truth. He lied. Utusan Malaysia helped him.

Ministers who lie to the public are offending the Constitution. It should be made illegal, with suitably humiliating penalties, like being placed in stocks and pelted with rotten vegetables, rotting cow’s flesh, or even a rotting cow’s head, for the crime of buggery.

Having watched Jamil buggering the Constitution, let’s talk about the sex:

• Anal sex between two men is against the law. Jamil Khir Baharom wants you to know that. He wants you to concentrate on that. But that’s only half of it, and Jamil Khir Baharom doesn’t want you to think about that.
• Anal sex between a man and a woman is also against the law. It’s the same law. But Jamil Khir Baharom conveniently seems to have forgotten to say that.
• Oral sex is also against the law, whether between men or between men and women. But Jamil Khir Baharom didn’t tell you that. It’s the same law.
• Sex with animals is also against the law. Now, since some of our ministers and their wives can be viewed as beasts, shouldn’t they and their wives be charged with bestiality? But Jamil Khir Baharom didn’t tell you that.

In other words, nobody is allowed to have anal or oral six. Not husbands and wives, not boyfriends and girlfriends, not ministers and their mistresses, not men and men, and not women with women.

It’s a stupid law. But until there are people with more brains and more human feeling in government, it’s still the law.

So a woman cannot have an affair with some man and have anal or oral sex. And a man cannot have anal or oral sex with some woman he met in a hotel — oh, let’s just say, a single and attractive Mongolian woman. That’s illegal (the sex act, not the Mongolian). But Jamil Khir Baharom didn’t try to tell you that.

What he did try to do is to invent a new offence — that homosexuality is against the Constitution. Now, homosexuality is not about sex. It’s about a relationship between two men. And how can a relationship between two human beings be illegal?

But Jamil Khir Baharom cannot tell the difference: His dirty mind can only see anal sex.

What was that joke again, the one about people with brains in their arses?

Anal sex between men? Not allowed. Anal sex between husband and wife, minister and mistress, boyfriend and girlfriend? Not allowed. Oral sex between men? Not allowed. Oral sex between husband and wife, minister and mistress, boyfriend and girlfriend? Not allowed.

But read the extract carefully.

You must insert the you-know-what into the mouth of your partner.

Man on man. Woman on man. (For further education, see video of a man resembling Chua Soi Lek and a woman said to be not his wife.)

Women, as you know, don’t have a natural you-know-what. One woman cannot insert her you-know-what into the mouth of another woman. It’s impossible.

So oral sex between two women is not illegal. Not a crime. Lesbians can have sex. It’s okay. That’s the law.

Now what was the jackass minister saying about homosexual sex acts being illegal?
