YB Dato' Sri Peter Chin Fah Kui
28th October 2011
YB Dato’ Sri Peter Chin Fah Kui,
Minister of Energy, Green Technology and Water,
Level 6, Block E4/5,
Parcel E, Federal Government Administrative Centre,
62668 Putrajaya.
Dear Dato’ Sri,
I am writing to complain about Tenaga. Enclose are the letters and police report against Tenaga for over-charging me.
All the letters written have given clear understanding on how TNB inspite of many complaints against them refuse to admit their wrongdoing and rectify the problems.
Dato’Sri, I work 12 hours to survive and do not use much electricity. Yet I am bullied into paying more for electricity and charged extra for low factor usage so that the staff of TNB can lead a luxury lifestyle. As a Minister you do know of many complaints from the public especially lately since TNB started using meters from Krizik (M) Sdn. Bhd which is own by ex-TNB staff. The meters are all rigged to charge 60% more and in my case five fold.
I would like to invite Dato’ Sri to my shop to see for yourself how much of electricity I can only use. Then I will show you proof how other shops with five to twenty times more usage of electricity can pay less than my shop. Simple logic is not acceptable by TNB, so maybe Dato’ Sri can send these TNB staff to have their heads examine.
Giving the sole monopoly to TNB to supply electricity and to manipulate the meters to the whole country is like giving a small child a gun to play.
I have started a petition going to stop TNB rigging, asking for independent calibration of meters, when I have got all 10,000 signatures I will be giving it to Agong. I personally feel that the time has come where TNB should stop scamming the Rakyat especially those living and working in
Yours sincerely,
Dian Abdullah
i face similiar dilemmas, despite my appeal, they have revert, TNB has reverted not agreeable and has issued letter to disconnect in 14days
ReplyDeletewhat should i do? they are spared the ANTI competition act.
