SHAH ALAM - The suspect in the murder of 15-year old Ng Yuk Tim on Monday, is currently undergoing psychology evaluation to determine whether he is suffering from mental illness.
Selangor Police chief Datuk Mohd Shukri Dahlan said the police is awaiting the result of the evaluation in order to proceed with charging the suspect in court.
"We are now awaiting the result," he said in a press conference at the Selangor police headquarters here today.
The murder case is considered as solved with the arrest of the suspect on Tuesday.
Yuk Tim went missing on Monday after she failed to come back to her house in Bandar Tun Razak, Cheras, after going out for drinks with her friends earlier in the afternoon.
It was reported that Yuk Tim had followed the 23-year old suspect to his home to make a costume's helmet--as they shared the same hobby in Cosplay.
The victim's body was found the next day stuffed in a luggage after the suspect confessed of murdering her.
