"The increase is not because there will be an increase in the rate but because of the revaluation of property that we are doing," he said.
Ahmad Phesal said that he would discuss with Federal Territories Minister Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Mansor the best way to implement this so that the increment will not burden the city folk.
