Two Armed Forces personnel suffered minor injuries when the second floor ceiling of the Putra World Trade Centre caved in after a botched bombing demonstration.
According to the Kuala Lumpur Fire Department operations centre, a distress call was made at 4.59pm today.
First responders arrived at the scene at 5.06pm to find that the ceiling at the trade centre's veranda area had collapsed.
Photographs from the scene show some shattered glass and slabs of collapsed ceiling.
The bombing demonstration was part of the four-day Defence Service Asia 2014 Exhibition, which concludes today.
