Does MACC really believe Sarbaini jumped becos' he was rushing to collect a RM50 BRIBE?

Does MACC really believe Sarbaini jumped becos' he was rushing to collect a RM50 BRIBE?
A senior executive of German forwarding company DB Schenker Logistics has denied giving a monthly bribe to deceased customs officer Ahmad Sarbaini Mohamed.
Wan Zainalabidin Wan Zaki, 44, told the Kuala Lumpur High Court today that he did not do so when questioned by senior federal counsel Kamal Azira Hassan, who is representing the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC).
"No, I did not give any bribe to Ahmad," the senior executive stressed.
Yesterday, Wan Zainalabidin, who was the third witness called by Ahmad's widow Maziah Manap, had said that customs senior assistant director Ahmad had given his (Wan Zainalabidin) name and that of his firm, after he was repeatedly questioned by MACC officials about a monthly bribe of RM50.
Wan Zainalabidin was later re-examined by Maziah's lead counsel Razlan Hadri Zulkifli, where the senior executive reiterated that he did not bribe Ahmad.
"There is no reason to do so as I deal with exports and Ahmad also dealt with the export section," Wan Zainalabidin said.
Duties are normally imposed on items imported into the country and not exports.
Where's the proof
The witness also added that none of the documents seized implicated him or DB Schenker.
Yesterday, Justice Kamaluddin Md Said had cautioned Kamal Azira from asking too many questions on the matter as it would be akin to opening up the inquest.
Kamal Azira had reiterated the suggestion made by former MACC lawyer Muhammad Shafee Abdullah that Ahmad could have jumped from the MACC office in Jalan Cochrane to meet Wan Zainalabidin.
But coroner Aizatul Akmal Maharani had rejected such a notion in his inquest findings. - Mkini
