Today Federal CID director Datuk Seri Mohmad Salleh said Morais's case had nothing to do with the murder of Arab-Malaysian Development Bank founder Hussain Ahmad Najadi.
"So, we can dismiss all speculations that this case had anything to do with 1MDB and Hussain Najadi," the CID director said at a press conference in Subang Jaya today.
We are surprised to observe how quick the Malaysian Police can rule out things, facts and circumstances.
In other words, just because the dead body of DPP Kevin Morais now has been found, in a oil barrel filled with concrete, they can ascertain and state facts?
"What kind of investigation and Police school did Federal CID Director Datuk Seri Mohamad Salleh attend?" asked the Moscow-based Pascal Najadi.
If at all, such out of thin air statements about "facts" only draw more of our investigative attention towards the Malaysian Security Apparatus, added Pascal.
AmBank Founder Hussain Najadi was assassinated in broad daylight in the KL City Centre on July 29th 2013.
Minutes before his brutal execution style assassination he had a friendly meeting with the brother of murdered Kevin Morais, Datuk Richard Morais.
"I as the survivor of my assassinated father, Hussain Najadi, was never informed about facts as to why Datuk Richard Morais met my father at the temple grounds shortly before the Assassination," said Pascal.
He continued: "It seems that there is a black hole of communication at the Malaysian Police Apparatus and that in itself is below standard of public service."
"I wish to remind all Malaysians that the mastermind killer, INTERPOL Red Notice wanted Malaysian Citizen Lim Yuen Soo is still roaming around out there! This is at best unacceptable!"
