Sabah BN rep wants no political sabotage

A Sabah assemblyperson today urged Barisan Nasional leaders in the state to refrain from sabotaging one another, saying this would only weaken the ruling coalition.
Hamisa Samat, the assemblyperson for Tanjong Batu, said they should forge an understanding and be united to strengthen the BN.

“Sabah is a BN stronghold and it is the agenda of the opposition to divide the people and leaders and exploit the weakness,” said Hamisa, who is Sabah Assistant Minister for Resource Development and Information Technology.
The opposition did not have any direction and this was proven when they failed to fulfill their promises to the people, she said at a ‘Ziarah Kasih’ (meet-the-people) session in Kampung Tanjong Keramat Log Pond and Kampung Bakau in Tawau.
Hamisa said it was important for the people to vote for the BN in the next general election to enable development to continue unabated.
