PAS, just sue Sarawak Report now, don’t waste time to search for witnesses. At least, initiate the legal procedure so that you can get things moving.

Senior Citizen: What nonsense. PAS does not need to gather witnesses at this stage. It just has to file the summons in court and demand Sarawak Report to produce evidence to support its article that mentioned PAS was said to have received RM90 million allegedly from Umno.

Let Sarawak Report worry about the evidence and witnesses, and not the other way around.

P Dev Anand Pillai: Rewcastle-Brown is not stupid, she works with facts and she checks and ensures its veracity and traces the sources of the facts and confirms the same before publishing it in her website.

She knows that Umno and PAS will beat about the bush till the Malays forget the matter and vote for them again.

If the matter is tried in the UK, our chaps will not stand a chance, as the judiciary there cannot be compromised like what we have allegedly here.

So here we are again, whether they wear turbans, skullcaps and recite all the religious verses by heart or wear smart suits and live lavish lifestyles, they are all the same.

Goldee: Takiyuddin said they have a six-year statute of limitations to file a lawsuit over this matter. Six years is a long time, they might as well forget about the suing. Be honest and admit that PAS is not interested to sue.
