ATTENTION SPRM AND NOORHAJRAN MOHD NOOR

Rosmah instructed lawyers to monitor social media for “attacks and false allegations” against her.

her legal firm (sic) NoorHajran Mohd Noor said their lawyers are “closely monitoring all postings appearing in any social media platforms and other forms of publications in relation to false and malicious attacks” against its client.

I would like to point out the following paragraphs from the US DOJ's latest Court filing in California.  The US DOJ's Court filing is available all over the Internet. It is also posted on the website of the US DOJ.

The US DOJ keep referring to "the wife of Malaysian Official 1".

The Minister Rahman Dahlan has said in public that Malaysian Official 1 is N  R  . 

So how is NoorHajran Mohd Noor going to handle the US DOJ?  

Would NoorHajran consider this a "false attack" by the US DOJ?  

Or is MO1 still considered a mystery person?   

Hence no "false attack" is deemed to have taken place?

Then why did Rahman Dahlan say in public that MO1 is N  R ? 

As for the SPRM,  does the SPRM share the AG's views that 'no crime has been committed' regarding this whole 1MDB affair? 

The US DOJ's Court filings are the result of forensic and legal investigations.   

Plus they have now become Court filings in the USA.  

So is it still ethical or morally correct for the SPRM to agree with the AG that 'no crime has been committed' with regards to the whole 1MDB affair? 

The US DOJ says that money was stolen from Malaysia.

The US DOJ says that loan funds from Deutsche Bank in Kuala Lumpur were also stolen. 

These are now Court filings in California, in the USA.
