SEA GAMES | Malaysia has secured a place in the football final of this year's SEA Games after defeating Indonesia 1-0.
The victory came courtesy of striker, N Thanabalan, who scored the winning goal in the 87th minute.
Malaysia will go on to face Thailand in the final on Aug 29.
It was a tense match, with both teams being evenly matched and putting up a strong fight.
The home team shined with its players' control of the ball and its offence, but Indonesia put up a strong defence, with its fast counter-attacks putting the Malaysian defence on the spot.
