Summons Discount Extended Till 31 Dec 2021. Syabas! Polis Mula Faham Konsep Keluarga Malaysia

• IGP said encouraging response from public to settle summonses

My Comments : Thank you Tan Sri IGP.  I received a message from an old classmate who was happy that the Police had extended the deadline until 31 December 2021.

This is the real spirit of 'Keluarga Malaysia'.  Lets make life easier for the people. For ourselves. 

Plus when you make things easier for the people, the government can collect more money. So far the people have paid RM109 million - in just four days.  I am positive the people will pay another RM109 million or more before the discount ends on 31 December 2021.

I hope the Police will show more of this type of positive attitude to make life easier for all Malaysians.

I have another suggestion for the IGP.  Right now I see the Police motorcycle outriders plus also Emergency vehicles like Ambulances squeezing through traffic (on the highways) causing a lot of problems, danger and unhappiness to the public.  Yesterday some Police escorting VIP vehicles on the Highway just pushed other drivers aside with their sirens and lights. 

The Police escort show little respect for the public who are jammed up on the highway. 

I have a suggestion. There is an Emergency lane on the left side of the highway. It remains empty. If the public drives on the Emergency lane we can get summoned and fined RM300, RM500 etc.  

Please tell all your Police escort outriders as well as all Emergency vehicles (Ambulance, Bomba) to please use the Emergency lane. Problem is solved. Do not burden the public.

• Those Emergency lanes cost us billions of Ringgit to build. 
• Plus they take up the space of a whole empty lane on the highway.  
• The public cannot use the Emergency lane (Kena fine RM300).
• The Police outriders and other Emergency vehicles do not use it. 
• So for what purpose is the Emergency lane?
