OK Good News - All 'Political Appointee' GLC Chairmen, BOD Have Been Fired.

My Comments : This is going to have a major ripple effect among the 'buta money' community. Food caterers will be affected, even the baca doa fellows will be affected. There will be less need for their services or others will replace them.

This will involve a whole ecosystem of parasitical hangers on.

Until the next government comes along. Then the new government will fire the Chairmen and BODs appointed by the previous government ad infinitum.

The big question mark is when will a new government happen? A full five year term is becoming a rarity.

This is what happens when you cannot compete and survive on your own in the open market.  

The attendance at the sembahyang Maghrib at the local masjid may go up. The local mamak may also see more teh tarik business.  The unemployables will need something to do.
