Taib Mahmud is well and in good stead - Astana Sarawak

 

Sarawak Governor Abdul Taib Mahmud is well and in good stead, according to Astana Negeri Sarawak, hence dismissing rumours about his health condition, which had been spread in the social media.

The governor's private secretary Junih Salleh Ahmad, in a statement today, said that all the viral and unverified news regarding the wellbeing of Taib, which was not from the Astana Negeri Sarawak, was fake and untrue.

“We hope that with this press statement, all adverse reports and rumours regarding (the health of) Taib would be put to rest,” he added.
