A video of the incident circulating on social media showed the rider losing control while taking the bend before being flung across the road and into the Audi's lane.
The Audi driver, identified on social media as Zarul, said the rider suffered a broken rib and was receiving treatment in hospital.
"Alhamdulillah, it could have been much worse," he said, urging motorists and motorcyclists to remain alert and leave enough space to react to unexpected hazards.
"Sometimes it's not even you. You can be minding your own business and suddenly someone else's mistake becomes your situation too. So anticipate, give yourself space and pay attention to everyone around you."
A second rider, believed to have been travelling with him, also lost control after braking hard and losing traction, falling in front of the now-stationary Audi.
The driver said the incident reminded him that road crashes could happen within seconds, even when a road user was simply going about their journey.
"Cars can be repaired. What matters today is that everyone is still here, and sometimes it's not about being right. It's about making it home," he said.
He also thanked those who stopped to assist after the crash.
The footage showed the Audi swerving at the last moment as the superbike rider entered its path.
A check of the comments on the post showed many social media users expressing relief that the rider survived the crash.
