SHAH ALAM - Selangor Menteri Besar Tan Sri Abdul Khalid Ibrahim today defended the action by his political secretary in sending a letter to Permodalan Negeri Selangor Berhad (PNSB) for the company to consider a legal firm belonging to a relative to be its legal panel.
"The letter was forwarded to PNSB for it to consider the matter. Ethically, it is not wrong. The next course of action is that of the company, to either accept or reject," he told reporters at the opening of Setia City Mall in Setia Alam by the Sultan of Selangor, Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah, here Saturday.
Abdul Khalid said the practise of the sending such a letter was a normal matter.
