Well...if our PM Loves to smoke Expensive Cigars in posh Hotels, then it could explain what he has IN COMMON with his lavish wife!
As a smoker myself I know Cigars are not CHEAP and often smoked on 'special occasions' while for the Lavish & Wealthy it is seen as a sign of "STATURE & CLASS" compared to just cigarettes or even a pipe which is just for you average joe who can't AFFORD a Havana Cigar or the expensive classy Humidor to keep/store them in.
