PM Najib On CNN

This is the PM's interview with Christiane Amanpour on CNN which aired sometime ago (during the WIEF in London). I have said this more than once before that when he speaks in English the PM sounds like a Head of State.  Cultured, cool, collected.  None too shabby.

Kenapa bila dia cakap Melayu pula, especially bila dia cakap kepada ahli-ahli UMNO he sounds different. Shouting, voice higher pitched, getting squeaky - strange nada suara. And talking down in an almost condescending manner.  Does it say something about the audience - UMNO members? 


Tun Dr Mahathir would speak in the same tone whether on CNN or at the UMNO Assembly.
