Stevie Chan, who uses the Twitter handle @Youtiup, said that police and MCMC seized his computer and mobile phone today.
"MCMC and cops in da house (sic)," he tweeted, with a picture of investigating officers.
This comes after widely-followed Twitter user Effi Nazrel Saharudin, who uses the Twitter handle @obefiend, was charged for anti-Agong tweets on Monday.
Chan had earlier stirred a Twitter storm over comments following the death of Perak's Sultan Azlan Shah.
He later deleted the tweets and apologised.
"Again, I would like to apologise to the late sultan's family for my careless tweets. Any hurt caused (is) much regretted," he had said.
Chan had on May 28, the day the sultan died, said that he was "the most educated sultan money can buy."
He also said that he texted a Perakian friend about the death and his friend replied" "About time."
Chan also posted: He will be remembered for only one thing, the menteri besar crisis. And rightly so.
His tweets also invited a rebuke by Youth and Sports Minister Khairy Jamaluddin who told Chan that he was a "disrespectful little man".
MCMC had said that it is on the hunt against netizens who condemn the royal institution.

(Serious question. The rakyat pays for the Agong's allowance and palace. Technically speaking, he works for us. So why do we have to put him on a pedestal?)
If guilty, he can be jailed for up to one year or fined no more than RM50,000 or both.
