City Criminal Investigation Department chief Senior Assistant Commissioner Gan Kong Meng confirmed the arrests of the four, aged between 30 and 55.
The four teachers, three men and a woman, were arrested this afternoon at different locations in Perak and Johor.
It is understood that authorities seized the mobile phones and laptops of the suspects to facilitate investigations.
The leakage of the UPSR Science and English examination papers has forced the Education Ministry to reschedule the sitting of the English and Science papers to September 30.
