KUALA LUMPUR - The government has no plans to hold a special question and answer session with the Prime Minister in the Dewan Rakyat, says Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Datuk Seri Shahidan Kassim.
He said this was because every question submitted by the members of parliament (to the Prime Minister) would be answered orally or in writing (by the Prime Minister).
In addition, questions would also be answered by ministers or deputy ministers depending on their portfolio and respective duties.
Shahidan said this in a written reply to Liew Chin Tong (DAP-Kluang), who wanted to know if the Prime Minister was prepared to hold the session in the Dewan Rakyat. - BERNAMA
