APANDI, IGP TO PEE IN THEIR PANTS? TALK OF POST-NAJIB TRUTH COMMISSION SENDS SHIVERS DOWN NAJIB CAMP
Hi folks. Baru masuk office. Major pow wow today. Yes do beware the wrath of December.
Here is an interesting tit bit – apparently TWO Tan Sris holding very important positions found “bugs” in their offices. One fellow is more crooked than a broken arrow while the other is as lame as a crooked arrow.
The crooked fellow panicked and wanted to resign. There were bugs in his office chair. Tapi acah-acah saja. He did not resign.
The other Tan Sri called a ‘de-bugging’ service (Mat Salleh !!) to detect and remove any other bugs, which the Mat Salleh de-bugging service did do.
So now the question is where did the bugs come from? Every bug must have a home where it came from. Where the bugs came from determines the type of the bug problem.
On another related or unrelated matter, I think the gomen people are watching each other more closely now. People are beginning to really bug each other. Ha ha ha. If they bug each other too much, they will become buggers. Ha ha ha.
Ok the pow wow today covered some far ranging matters. Maybe it is just syiok sendiri but listen carefully. Especially to the Civil Servants.
The way things are going, people will want blood (manner of speaking only.) The people will definitely want heads to roll (also a manner of speech only – dont panic – yet. Ha ha ha.)
People are talking about some sort of post-MO1 Truth Commission. After the fall of apartheid in South Africa, the new government set up a Truth Commission to investigate some of the excesses that were committed by the apartheid regime.
Witnesses who were identified as victims of gross human rights violations were invited to give statements about their experiences, and some were selected for public hearings. Perpetrators of violence could also give testimony and request amnesty from both civil and criminal prosecution.
The TRC, the first of the 1003 held internationally to stage public hearings, was seen by many as a crucial component of the transition to full and free democracy in South Africa.
We should also have our own version of a Truth Commission. The members of the Malaysian kleptocracy involved in wrong doing, cheating, lying, covering up, stealing, embezzlement, close one eye, negligence, criminal negligence etc should be investigated, charged and sent to jail, fined or both.
Plus they must be banned from holding any sort of public positions or fiduciary positions in the private sector for life.
Included foremost for investigation must be the Civil Servants. This is important because the Civil Service must be professional and not get involved in politics or take sides with crooked politicians. The Civil Service must rise beyond politics and be the guardians of the peoples’ trust – no matter who is in office.
Hence we must make an example of errant Civil Servants who do not uphold theprofessionalism that is required of the Civil Service.
Talk is the Civil Service is highly fractured and tensed up between those who support the kleptocracy and those who have a higher level of duty and conscience. Tick tock tick tock.
History has never been on the side of tyrants and kleptocrats.
