MUSA HASSAN, WHAT ABOUT YOUR SLANDER?

Musa is like a schoolyard bully. He can pick on you but if you hit him back he will wail like a baby that has missed its breastfeeding and goes running to the teacher to complain. That is what bullies normally do. They cannot take what they dish out to others and once counter-attacked they cry the victim. Musa is a cry-baby on top of being a bully.
NO HOLDS BARRED
Raja Petra Kamarudin
Last night, ex-IGP Musa Hassan lodged a police report against me (READ HERE) regarding the following articles:
Musa is like a schoolyard bully. He can pick on you but if you hit him back he will wail like a baby that has missed its breastfeeding and goes running to the teacher to complain. That is what bullies normally do. They cannot take what they dish out to others and once counter-attacked they cry the victim. Musa is a cry-baby on top of being a bully.
Musa alleges he has been slandered. Well, Musa of all people should know what slander is because he has slandered enough people in his lifetime. One case I have mentioned enough times is the one regarding Ramli Yusuff, the ex-Director of the CCID, and his lawyer, Rosli Dahlan. Both were victims of slander and the AG and MACC also played a role in this conspiracy.
This matter has not only been discussed many times before this but is also on public record. You will find thousands of documents regarding this case if you were to Google the internet. And the case went like this:
Ramli was due to be promoted and there was every chance he would be made the new IGP. In fact, even the opposition can accept Ramli because he was the police officer who stopped and held back the one-time IGP, Abdul Rahim Mohd Noor, who was beating up Anwar Ibrahim on the night of 20th September 1998.
Anwar was handcuffed and blindfolded and when Rahim approached him in his cell Anwar called him anjing kerajaan (government dog). Rahim then lost his temper and started beating up Anwar and Ramli rushed into Anwar’s cell and pulled Rahim away before he could kill Anwar.
Ramli then testified at the RCI that was set up to investigate Anwar’s beating — who Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad had earlier said was safe and in his cell and was being well-treated by the police. Ramli just told the truth (which is what one is supposed to do at the RCI) and Rahim later admitted what he did and was jailed and retired off.
So Ramli had more or less a good record while Musa, on the other hand, carried baggage. There was talk that Musa had links to the Chinese underworld crime syndicate and later seven Affidavits signed by police officers and underworld bosses emerged implicating Musa in the crime syndicate.
Chances are Ramli and not Musa would be made the IGP. So they had to fix Ramli up and they did this by leaking the story that Ramli had RM12 million in assets, which he acquired illegally. In other words, Ramli is a dirty cop. This was the story the press carried, which they got from MACC ‘sources’. The AG, Gani Patail, then decided to go for Ramli.
But Ramli was not charged for corruption, the original allegation that was leaked to the press. He was charged for not declaring his assets. And the figure was not RM12 million as the newspaper headlines earlier reported. It was a far lower figure.
Ramli then engaged Rosli as his lawyer and the MACC arrested Rosli as an accessory to the crime that Ramli was alleged to have committed. During his arrest they assaulted Rosli and kept him in the lockup. And to add insult to injury, they chose the eve of Hari Raya to arrest Rosli.
Rosli managed to prove that Ramli had, in fact, declared his assets. So the case against Ramli was demolished. Nevertheless, in spite of that, they refused to drop the charges against Rosli. They still insisted that Rosli was an accessory to Ramli’s crime. But what crime? The court agreed that Ramli had not committed any crime. So how can you be an accessory to a crime that never happened?
Now that is what I call slander in case Musa does not quite understand the meaning of the word.
Then, in 2008, I was also subjected to slander. And that was because I had been writing article after article about Musa’s and Gani’s misdeeds and transgressions.
In June 2008, Musa told the press that I had signed a false Statutory Declaration alleging that Rosmah Mansor was at the scene of Altantuya Shaariibuu’s murder. The following day, Gani repeated that lie and told the press that they are going to charge me for the crime of signing a false Statutory Declaration.
That was a lie and both Musa and Gani perpetuated that lie. And the press, of course, repeated that story and, today, many Malaysians believe that I had alleged that Rosmah was at the scene of Altantuya’s murder.
I insisted that I never made such an allegation (which means I did not lie and say that Rosmah was at the scene of Altantuya’s murder). The DAP Red Bean Army (RBA) cyber-troopers then started spreading the story that I have done a u-turn and have retracted my allegation.
The DAP RBA did not want me to say that I never alleged that Rosmah was at the scene of Altantuya’s murder. They wanted me to maintain that story. And with Musa and Gani (the IGP and AG) both saying that I did make that allegation that would further strengthen the story. And that story would have been a very strong weapon to use against Prime Minister Najib Tun Razak.
So the DAP RBA joined that lie and said that I did, in fact, make that allegation. But then I have now done a u-turn and have retracted that story, said the DAP RBA. And until today many believe that I did allege that Rosmah was at the scene of Altantuya’s murder but that I have since done a u-turn and retracted the story.
And it was Musa who started this lie. And the following day Gani repeated that lie. They then arrested and charged me for making that so-called false SD to make the story even stronger. Of course, DAP refused to allow me to set the record straight. To DAP, the story that Rosmah was at the scene of Altantuya’s murder is a better story than the story that Musa and Gani lied about what I said.
Musa also hid the fact that John Pang, Din Merican, Nik Azmi Nik Daud, and Lt. Kol. Azmi were all interrogated by the police and their statements recorded. Hence the police know precisely what happened and that the allegation against me is false. But Musa keep this information confidential. He did not reveal the information that would have exonerated me. He allowed the story that I had made an allegation against Rosmah and then did a u-turn and retracted that allegation to continue so that the DAP-led opposition can call me a pariah.
Of course, when I turned against the opposition, in particular against DAP, for what they did to me the Pakatuns whack me and call me a traitor, turncoat, etc. These DAP Chinese want me to continue to be loyal to the DAP-led Pakatan Harapan in spite of what they did to me. There must be something very seriously wrong with the Chinese education system.
So Musa wants to talk about him being slandered. It is okay for him to slander other people but others cannot say anything against him even if it is true and not slander. Who the fook does Musa think he is?
