The New Economic Policy is not entirely a failure.
The sons and daughters of the Ministers are all successful in business.
Or when they fail, they can magically bounce back.
If they fail again, they can bounce back again.
Its up to them to decide how many times they want to fail and bounce back.
The market has no say about this.
The New Economic Policy is also successful in that it has also created a Cabinet of multi millionaires.
Some Cabinet Ministers are worth hundreds of millions of Ringgit.
A few may be worth more than a billion Ringgit.
