KUALA LUMPUR – It’s now Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng’s turn to visit Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim in hospital
Prisons Department deputy director (Policy) Supri Hashim said that the visit took place on Wednesday (Nov 29) at the Cheras Rehabilitation Hospital.
Supri also added that Selangor Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Azmin Ali had visited Anwar when he was still in Hospital Kuala Lumpur on Nov 27.
Anwar’s hospital room has been busy with visits from Barisan Nasional leaders recently.
Tourism and Culture Minister Datuk Seri Nazri Aziz visited Anwar on Nov 26, following visits by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak and Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi earlier this month.
Previously, Anwar was recuperating in HKL after having undergone laparoscopic (keyhole) surgery to his right shoulder on Nov 12.
