Here is a hilarious video from The Noose, a satirical TV channel in Singapore. Dont know if The Noose is still around, this could be from an old comedy skit.
I believe the woman in the video is : 'Michelle Chong (born 1977) is a Singaporean actress, comedian, host, filmmaker, digital content producer and businesswoman'.
