The lady in this video is Professor Christine Fair perhaps the foremost western or US expert on Pakistan and Afghanistan. She is a professor of South Asian Studies at George Washington. She speaks Punjabi, Urdu and Pashto and has written extensively on Pakistan, its military, and militant organizations like the Taliban and Lashkar-e-Taiba.
Her notable works include Fighting to the End: The Pakistan Army's Way of War. She’s also outspoken on the role of Pakistan's military and intelligence services in supporting terrorism and militancy.
The video is actually a few years old but it is still current and relevant. Its an hour long but it is an education.
