KUALA LUMPUR: Controversial blogger Wan Muhammad Azri Wan Deris, better known as Papagomo, has once again been arrested by the police last night.
Wan Azri's lawyer, Rafique Rashid Ali, told online portal FMT that his client was arrested around 9.30pm in front of his home.
"He was brought to the Dang Wangi district police headquarters and is expected to be remanded tomorrow morning at 9.30am," Rafique said in a statement last night.
However, Rafique did not specify which case led to the latest arrest.
Wan Azri was previously detained on Oct 26.
He is currently facing trial at the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court for allegedly making seditious remarks involving the Yang di-Pertuan Agong. - NST
