The video, believed to have been recorded by a motorist travelling behind the car, showed a third person driving while the two men sat on the roof.
The person recording the footage could be heard reading out the car's registration number and mentioning the location where the incident allegedly occurred.
At one point, the Wira slowed down as it approached a speed breaker, leaving the two men struggling to maintain their balance.
Despite the obvious risk of falling, they appeared carefree as the vehicle continued moving.
The footage was later shared on Facebook, where it garnered more than 20,000 views and over 200 comments.
Many users criticised the men's behaviour, with some describing it as "jakun" and questioning why anyone would risk their own lives and those of other road users for what appeared to be a stunt.
The incident has also raised concerns over road safety, given the risks posed by travelling in positions that offer no protection in the event of sudden braking or a collision.
It is unclear when and where the footage was recorded, or whether any action has been taken against those involved. - NST
