Dr Mahathir The People Reject You Now

This is a very sad picture.   This picture says it all.  Folks say this is from Tg Piai. Muhyiddin is there, he is from Johor. Where are the other Bersatu guys? The protocol says the Prime Minister arrives last. It looks like the Prime Minister has arrived into an empty hall. 

  

Here is another video from Tg Piai. This is a Pakatan Harapan event. Not only is the place empty, the speaker is so lembap.

This reminds me of history. By 2006 after prodding by many people, especially me, Dr Mahathir began seriously making the rounds to criticise Abdullah Badawi.  Dr Mahathir instantly became public enemy no. 1. I followed Dr Mahathir around the country - lending support to his campaign. I was in Kota Bharu on the day someone tried to attack Dr Mahathir with a pepper spray.

It was also around this time that I personally introduced Raja Petra Kamaruddin or RPK to Dr Mahathir.  I got him an appointment  (despite some well founded resistance from Dr Mahathir's people) to see Dr Mahathir.

Then one day Dr Mahathir had a speaking appointment in Negeri Sembilan - I believe it was in Rembau or somewhere. My friend Mansoor Saat and I drove down to Negeri Sembilan to lend our support. When we got there the venue had been cancelled. The dewan they had booked was closed. So the local boys hastily got a small canopy and set it up on a patch of grass by the roadside.

It was really terribly disheartening for me to see Dr Mahathir being ill treated like that. Our Prime Minister for 22 years, who undoubtedly built this country from almost nowhere, to a fully developed nation, now standing under a small canopy in the sun by the roadside. Just for that alone I felt Abdullah Badawi and his henchmen deserved to rot.  

Yet the crowds came. In Kota Bharu it was standing room only. Even by the roadside in Negeri Sembilan the people came. It was a righteous cause. Badawi was taking the country to the dumps. 

Lets skip the Najib part ok. It was too stupid.

Now Dr Mahathir is back in power. 

This time around Dr Mahathir does not have a plan for the future of this country. 

Dr Mahathir should know that all he has to do is undo what the BN did wrongly, since 2003.  Just undo the 15 years of screwing up by Badawi and Najib.

Instead the bad habits are back. 

The Halims and gang want the toll highways.

The Syed Mokhtars want their monopolies.

The useless religious monkeys have not been tamed.

Instead the dance with the devils has started.

The stupid race baiters were not only encouraged but Dr Mahathir even attended an assembly of the brain dead. 

The net result is wasted time, non performance, non delivery and no hope for a better future.  Unemployment is increasing, especially among the Malay university graduates. It is largely a Malay problem.  Yet 7 million foreigners can find work here. Something is terribly wrong. 

So all this for what?  So that you can have a few artificial millionaires sit at the table with you? Just to feel that you have created a few synthetic tycoons?
