The Bugis Is On His Way

Good news folks. The Court has ordered the Bugis to defend himself. 
Looks like Bugis is on his way to sing-sing. 

Here is the news :

case hinges on whether Najib knew RM42 million in his accounts 
came from SRC International 
“incredible” for Najib to say he wasn’t aware of sum in his accounts 
he made no police reports and didn’t sue the bank for wrongful deposit

This shows Najib abused his office for gratification

accused's interest in SRC can be seen in its formation in Jan 2011 

until money disbursed to his account in Dec 2014 and Feb 2015

The accused had interest in SRC where he had total control

resulting in RM42m deposited into his accounts, a gratification

It is for the accused to rebut the evidence 

I find the element of abusing his position has been proven 

as such a prima facie case should be called

My comments :

Itulah Dato Seri, masa PM dulu tak mahu dengar cakap saya. Berapa tahun saya dok sebut pasal isu 1MDB dan SRC. I first flagged 1MDB before 2010. That's TEN LONG YEARS ago.

Even when this trial started I blogged here that your lawyer is taking an extremnely risky  defense strategy by ADDUCING evidence and arguing kononnya you did not know what was going on and that JoLo conned you all the way.

What a lame strategy. Now you sudah kena. 

Your lawyer DID NOT REFUTE the evidence presented by the Prosecution. Instead he acknowledged all the evidence presented and even introduced new evidence that has worked against you. 

His sole defence was that you did not know.

Again Kipling's adage is proven - they are but nature's children.  

Childish protoplasm running around in a real world.  

Here is some free advise. 

1. Get a new lawyer.  

2. It is not too late to try other options.
