Mohd Khairul Azam Abdul Aziz is a lawyer and ought to know that Chinese New Year is NOT a religious event. It is a mere cultural and a traditional event celebrated by the Chinese in Malaysia and Singapore to welcome a new year.
Just putting up Chinese New Year decorations have been made a BIG ISSUE.
Mohd. Khairul had the cheek to display the "V" hand sign when approached by reporters and had claimed victory for his cause.
The authorities concerned need to take severe action and punishment against those who want to create 'chaos' among our multi-racial, multi-religious and multi-cultural society in Malaysia.
Just imagine if it was a religious event? - Mohd. Kamal Abdullah
Same as dong zong la, afraid of jawi.
ReplyDeleteInventing reasons to hate? No one hate Jawi, it is just a type of script but Malay language already had a good script, learning another will burden the pupils who are already loaded.
